Returns and Refunds
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your package is received. Returned products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To qualify for a return: Items must be in the same condition as received, including original packaging, manuals, power cords, and accessories. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Omnitech assumes no responsibility for damage or loss during return shipping. Returned products will be inspected upon arrival. Refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection and approval. Returns not meeting the above conditions may be denied or subject to additional charges. Customers will be notified of the result of the inspection before any refund is issued. For hygiene/licensing reasons, opened software, activation codes, and consumables (e.g., thermal paste) are non-returnable unless defective.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped. Once a system has been shipped, the order is considered final and is subject to the return policy above. We may cancel any order we suspect, in our sole discretion, to involve fraudulent activity, unauthorized reselling, or pricing errors.
